Alacrio now closes the loop on your client follow-ups
Drafts, Sends (with your OK) and Logs everything.

Same Alacrio, one new capability: it watches your inbox and calendar, drafts the reply when a client needs one, and keeps following up, capped and always approved, until the client actually replies.

Let it run

Low-stakes housekeeping, well inside the line you've already shown you trust: flagging a contact for follow-up, logging a note. It runs, no interruption.

Act, but tell me

A draft gets written, a lead gets flagged for review. Nothing goes out to anyone; it lands in your queue with the reasoning attached.

Pause for you

Sending anything to a client is always this, regardless of how confident the draft is. Alacrio holds it and waits for your OK.

The difference

Most AI tools make you choose: review everything, or review nothing. Alacrio starts cautious and needs less oversight the more it gets right.

Starts cautious. Earns your trust from there. per account, per situation

Early on, most drafts land in your review queue, even the ones you'll approve without changing a word. Every approval, edit, and rejection nudges the threshold for that specific kind of decision. The stuff you consistently approve starts running with a lighter touch. Sending to a client never does: that line doesn't move, no matter how confident the draft is.

  • 01Reversibility-aware by default. Every action is classified by how hard it is to undo. Logging a note flows through; sending anything to a client always gets a person, regardless of score.
  • 02It learns from your corrections, not a config file. Approve, edit, or reject a draft, and that signal shapes what gets reviewed next time, for that account only.
  • 03Full audit trail. Every decision, from the trigger to the outcome, is logged by Reins, the approval layer built into Alacrio. If a client ever asks how you handle their communication, you have a straight answer.
Where it plugs in

FAQ

How the follow-up and approval flow actually works.

Does Alacrio send the follow-up itself, or do I still have to?

Once you approve a draft, Alacrio sends it. You're reviewing the draft, not clicking send yourself, every time. Nothing goes out without your OK, but you don't have to open Gmail and paste it in.

If a client doesn't reply, does it just give up after one email?

No, but it doesn't nag daily either. If there's no reply, the second touch goes out after 3 days and the third after another 7, about 10 days from the first email, standard follow-up spacing, not invented from scratch. Every one of those touches still needs your approval. If the client replies, the thread resolves. If all 3 go unanswered, it's marked cold instead of chasing forever.

Does every follow-up say the same thing?

No. Each of the 3 drafts is written to say something different, not the same email resent three times.

What does "capped and always approved" mean?

Capped: it won't follow up on one thread more than 3 times. Always approved: every one of those follow-ups waits for your OK before it sends, not just the first one.

What's "per-client thread history"?

A timeline for each client: which touches went out, whether they replied, and how the thread resolved. Available on Pro and up.

Can I approve or edit drafts from Slack?

Yes. Approve, reject, or edit the draft right from the Slack message, no need to switch over to Alacrio.
